Physician recommended, best melatonin I have tries
Works better than any brand I have tried. Referred by my physician for a post covid sleep disorder, this has done the trick. Highly recommended. Note: I take the triple strength for mornings where I can sleep a bit longer, otherwise the 5mg is plenty for 7-8 hours

Not effective sleep aid
Compared to Puritans Pride timed release xtra strength 5 mg, this Melatonin doesn’t do much. I only purchased because the other brand was not in stock. I take it to get me to sleep quickly! Why would I want to toss & turn for 5 hours waiting for it to take effect? PP I take at bedtime and in no time I am comfortably asleep. Not buying Swanson again.
