Teva Men's M Hurricane XLT2 Sport Sandals

I purchased the Teva Men’s Hurricane XLT2 Sandals and decided to size down slightly from my usual 10.5 sneakers to a size 10—and it turned out to be a perfect fit. The sandals are lightweight yet supportive, with straps that hold the foot securely without causing discomfort, even on long days. The standout feature for me has been the excellent traction. They grip well and don’t slip easily, which gave me confidence even while hiking in Yosemite. For a sandal, that level of slip-resistance on rough terrain is impressive. Overall, the Hurricane XLT2 strikes a great balance between comfort, durability, and functionality. Whether for casual wear or outdoor adventures, it’s a reliable, versatile sandal that I’d highly recommend.

Wore these sandals as I was backpacking Europe. Now while they were not my main walking shoe, my feet did not blister on the days I wore them. They work great as shoes you can wear in the water, and can get you by as shower shoes, but after so many times using them in the shower, the fabric did begin to stink and it took a while to dry them and get that smell out. Overall, the size was great, the durability was fantastic, and were very adjustable to my feet in 3 directions! Will be purchasing again if these break!

The functionality and comfort is great. The unfortunate thing about them is they need to be replaced about once a year. I’ve bought 3 pair, because after about a year or so, the sole will come off/split off. I try to get them on sale so I try not to invest too much in them/don’t pay full retail.

These are exactly like the ones I originally bought back in the 80s. All my sandals are Teva's. I like the quality of the Teva and the way they hold up. I've wore them in and out the water in creeks and rivers, and they hold up very well. My first ones that I owned lasted about eight years. I used them when I was out gold mining, and when I was in the rivers in creeks. Very durable sandal very comfortable.

Lo ammetto: non conoscevo questa marca prima di iniziare a cercare sandali su Amazon. Che dire: belli, comodi, perfetti per tutte le occasioni. Dal mare alla montagna si adattano perfettamente alle varie situazioni. Plantare ottimo, buono il grip.

¡Ay, Virgen Santísima, que me da algo cuando leo "Hurricane"! ¿Pero qué nombre es ese para unas sandalias? ¡Si parecen de película americana! Como yo siempre digo: de músico, poeta y loco, todos tenemos un poco, pero los americanos se pasan tres pueblos con los nombres. Mira, yo estas sandalias se las compré a mi Antoñito para cuando va de aventuras con Amelia y los niños. Porque claro, mi nuera la vegana no para de decir que hay que "conectar con la naturaleza" y "vivir experiencias auténticas"... ¡Pero bueno, si experiencias auténticas teníamos nosotros cuando íbamos a por setas al monte con mis alpargatas de toda la vida! Pero reconozco que estas Teva (que nombre más raro, ¿será de alguna tribu?) están requetebién hechas. Avelino dice que tienen más agarre que él cuando ve el fútbol en el sofá, ¡y eso ya es decir! Que ayer se las probó para ir al Mercadona y casi se queda pegado al suelo del parking. LO BUENO: Aguantan más que mi paciencia cuando Amelia me explica los beneficios del quinoa La correa del tobillo ajusta mejor que los consejos que no me piden Son más resistentes que mi matrimonio (¡35 años, hija, que no es poco!) Para senderos rocosos van de lujo, como dice Paca la carnicera: "¡Más agarraeras que una lapa!" LO MENOS BUENO: Que son muy deportivas para ir a misa los domingos Mi Antoñito ahora se cree que es Bear Grylls y quiere ir a acampar... ¡a los 45 años! Son tan cómodas que Avelino se queda dormido con ellas puestas viendo la tele Como dice Manolo el pescadero: "Pepa, el buen calzado es como el buen pescado: se nota a primera vista." Y estas, aunque tengan nombre de huracán americano, están hechas para durar más que los buenos propósitos de Año Nuevo. VEREDICTO FINAL: Si tus hijos se han vuelto ecoadventureros como los míos, cómpraselas. Que al menos cuando vayan a "conectar con Gaia" (¡mira tú que palabras usa Amelia!), no se destrocen los pies. Que bastante sufren los padres viendo como sus hijos se vuelven hippies a los 45. P.D.: Mi nieta dice que son "muy molonas". A saber qué significará eso, pero viniendo de una generación que dice "lit" por todo, supongo que es bueno. ¡En fin, que le voy a hacer, así es la vida! 🏔️👡
