Looks like something from a 1950’s American diner, which is in-keeping with the rest of my kitchen. I think the Lavazza coffee is a real step-up from Nespresso. The machine is very simple to use and delivers a perfect cup of coffee every time. I tend to get two espresso shots out of each pod, then I add a little near-boiling water to make the perfect lungo. The machine is very simple to empty and clean, and the water container slides on and off very easily. Smeg is such a stylish brand - expensive but well worth it.

Bought as a gift. Mother loves it, it looks great and is nice and compact. Makes a great coffee, to make a full cup just run a 2nd time without a pod in it to get a long black.

Makes great coffee but coffee not always hit enough

Easy to use, makes a nice cup of coffee. Got this at a great price after looking at various sellers, half the price of John Lewis. Surprising how colour choice can affect price. I bought this after using a similar machine but wanted more options. Looks great in the kitchen

I purchased this machine for my partner. According to the paperwork there should be 9 pods to start us off. There were no pods enclosed anywhere and we have bought 2 lots of pods and they are the wrong size. Had they been enclosed we’d have known what we were looking for. We are extremely disappointed and unable to use the coffee machine.

I don't like the way it works. I am not sure should it be so slow. It is very noisy also.
