Great cycle. Sturdy built and came in factory packaged carton.Worth the money. Is cheaper than competition with no corner cutting in Quality. The parts fit well and overall the design and specs are good.Unfortunately, the DIY booklet sucks. The print is poor Quality, and the pictures there make no sense because you cannot see what is being assembled in the picture. There are some chinese characters in the photos, but the product seems to be made in India. Wonder why the pictures had to come from China for a product manufactured in India. The booklet almost seems to be an afterthought with no resemblance either to sequence (Front tire assembly is on the last page) while the saddle is the first thing its asks you to fix. Someone was on weeds when they made the DIY book. Does not look like an engineering booklet.Other than that... the product is awesome. Pay 200 to nearest cycle shop and get it assembled. You will save yourself some embarrassment in front of the family and the kid that looks upto you to do right things...:)

Screws and basic tool kit are not available in the box. After trying many times the installation person came for installation and he does not know how to do it., He is the guy to do the TV wall mount not cycle installation. He doesn't know how to fit gear bcycles.Don't have proper tools with the person for assembling the cycle. After many trail's he just fits some of the parts.Then we take the cycle to cycle shop to assemble it properly and spend some extra bugs.The Product is good but why Amazon send such a no knowledge persons for the installation, My kids are happy with the cycle and color.

Excellent purchase but not received mud garud as shown in the picture.Issue not resolved.I was expecting brake setting , wheel alignment to be done by the installer.He only fit font wheel in 5 minutes and went off.After operating brake, cycle wasnt stopping only speed getting reduced.More on he fitted the liner in wrong direction by 180 degree due to this liner was rubbing against tyre and not against the rim,resulted in contineous rubbing sound from cycle.Spokes of wheel were too loose.I made all the setting in local cycle shop expensing Rs. 300 against it. The person who came for installation does not know how to do it. Referring images to assemble the cycle. Don't have proper tools with the person who came for assembling the cycle.1) unable to set breaks2) incorrect installation of front wheel3) gears not set at allI need to take the cycle to local cycle shop to assemble it properly and spend some extra bugs.Related to product: worth to buy , I am happy with the cycle. Nice color , design , riding experience. Overall awesome in this price range.Giving 3 stars for cycle, reducing 2 stars for installation service.

Great product from HERO....Was earlier not very confident whether this size would be OK for my 9 years child. But am fully satisfied that I bought an optimised size for him. The cycle colour looks better than what is shown here and was very satisfying experience as I did not like the colour here on the website but actually its better....The only negative experience is the wrongly positioned front V-brakes. It was a restricter in the beginning but after some roadside work, was manageable..
