In depth and authorative.
This is an excellent updated book and a must read for people suffering from arthritis. It's in depth, with a fair bit of science and research, detailed and authorative, not a quick or even easy read. The main message seem to be arthritis is not something that is a natural part of old age but a metabolic problem..

This is a brilliant read for anyone who has problems with any form of arthritis and wants to do something about it naturally.

Informative and detailed. Requires commitment for change, rather than an easy fix.
A really informative book but quite a difficult and detailed read. Someone who already has some medical knowledge may find this an easier read. But don’t expect a quick fix with this book. It requires commitment and perseverance and a change of lifestyle (not necessarily a bad thing) and perhaps money to purchase additional supplements. Some really sound advice too though if you persevere with it.
