Excellent quality and ease of installation. From the included instructions and notes, my first impression was that this was going to be a confusing installation. However, everything worked out seamlessly even though it had a new design than i had previously encountered with other toilet seats. I decided to upgrade and pay a little bit more, and was not disappointed. Soft close is exactly that. Seat sits a little higher than previous seat that builder of home provided. Very satisfied with purchase. Anticipating this seat will stay tight and in place with the multiple rubber washers and metal fixtures. Love the push button seat release feature for cleaning. Easy off, easy on!

This is a very sturdy toilet seat. It’s not that heavy solid material that comes on most toilet seats. The seat I replace was losing its color in spots. This is a solid polycarbonate material. It’s very comfortable and there is a button on the side you can press to release it from the mounts. This allows you to easily clean the toilet bowl under the seat. The connectors have chrome covers that look real nice. I got one of these for both bathrooms.

Very nice the only issue is the amount of time it takes to close the lid. It’s slower than cold molasses.

Did I ever think I would be reviewing a toilet seat? No, but I had to on this one. AMAZING. The instructions are a bit hard to figure out, but once installed, I realized I had been over thinking it. Just lay all the pieces out, compare to instruction sheet, and go step by step. On taking it out of the packaging, the weight is heavier (not so much that it's hard to install) and it feels solid and high quality. It has small bumpers on underside of lid, is flat and heavy weight so that you can actually sit on it closed if you need to, and soft closes very smoothly. All of this is important, because if you've shopping for soft close toilet seats in stores, they are all flimsy and have so many nooks and crannies they are impossible to clean. This toilet seat has eliminated most of those stupid nooks and crannies. On to the feature they advertise most, removing the seat from the bowl. The flush mount button is easy to push and the seat comes off very easily. For cleaning, it has such a clean line design, I've found I don't really need to remove the whole seat to clean it, but it's there if you want it. On the hinges and bolts, it has a silver metal cover that looks good, and on cleaning around that, **best part for me**. On my previous soft close seats, fluids would build up under the hinge covers and when cleaning solution got under the covers, it would cause the fluids and cleaning solution to seep out and it's a never ending chore to keep mopping it up. Not on this seat. The hinge assembly has rubberized stability pads instead of those nasty paper ones, so cleaning solution doesn't get soaked into it and reactivated. Trust me on this, the price may seem high, but it's really only maybe $20 more than you'd spend on a low quality home improvement store seat, and the features and design of this seat are completely worth it. There's more on how much better it is to clean, but I stated most of them. And once it's in place, the peace of mind on stability and quality for you and loved ones is priceless.

There's not a lot to say about a toilet seat! This one is a pure White that matches the color of the toilet nicely, and fit the mounting holes in the toilet using the included "adapter pins". It seems to be good quality.When choosing ANY toilet seat, be sure to check the spacing of the hinges on the seat with the spacing of the mounting holes of the toilet itself! The spacing of the holes in this seat (where the pins fit) is only 5 1/8" apart, although the design of the mounting pins does provide a little leeway!My only complaint is that the small cardboard box containing the mounting fittings was crushed and some of the mounting hardware was missing. Fortunately, the bolts from the toilet seat we replaced could be used with the new toilet seat.

The product is fine but I found the seat is a little to small for my toilet. I would prefer if it was one to two centimeters wider and had more material added to its structure to make it more secure.

Finally found the right toilet seat cover to fit my toilet seat. I have an American standard toilet in the new condo we bought unfortunately it was missing the toilet seat took me a half half trying to find at Home Depot and Lowe’s and everywhere first time I searched on Amazon , I found it Install was very fast, the cover and the toilet seal itself as soft close. Very well put together unit and like I said it was very hard for me to find this American standard 18 inch oval styled low profile toilet seating cover all accessories that came with it. I replaced the old ones I suggested before it down when you do this it will never move, but it also has a button on the side of the seat so when you push it, all you have to do is just lift up the toilet cover and it comes right out for cleaning awesome feature now when you put it back in everything‘s tightened down all the adjustments of course read the instructions. Keep your finger on the button. Click right back unit well worth the money.
