This is the best purchase we have made! Living in well water and having to work around things for our fridge and this was the perfect purchase. The instructions are silly and don’t make sense on how to put together, but we eventually got it! I will still rate it 5 stars!

I haven’t had this unit 2 months yet. It does not dispense water. I’ve power cycled the unit. Unplugged it. Disconnected all the hoses and reassembled it. I’ve disconnected the output hose and nothing comes out. There is no reset switch. It’s disappointing spending this much for the “upgraded unit” only to find it has crapped out. I basically paid $40 a month for 2 months of service. I think buying $40 of bottled water from Sam’s or Costco each month would have been a better investment.

Works as advertised, loud but not unbearable. I use for my ice maker works awesome

Hola espero este comentario le sirva alguien. Compré este producto a mediados de febrero pero hasta hoy lo estoy instalando. Al principio la bomba no funcionaba, no jalaba el agua, saque y metí las mangueras un millón de veces pensando que no lo habia conectado bien. Estaba a punto de retornarlo por que pensé que estaba defectuoso. Hasta que vi a alguien decie que talvez las líneas estaban con aire por eso la bomba no hacía prime y se me ocurrió succionar el final de la manguera de salida con la boca y por fin la bomba empezó a trabajar perfectamente, obvio después lave muy bien el final de la manguera antes de conectarlo a mi refrigeradora Prueben y van a ver solo tenia aire NO estaba defectuoso miro muchos comentarios negativos a causa de esto.

It's dirty. Covered in some discolored film and what looks to be pubic hairs. No wonder the directions tell you to run bleach through it. The housing looks like it is coming apart on the pump. This is the dual bottle system yet only 1 of the pickups have a float valve. So it's totally pointless. Nothing to stop them from draining a different rates and to have the pump become air locked. The pump also sounds like it is about to die. I saw other comments about being noisy.... I thought they were just being picky but they weren't. I would not run it at night for fear of waking people up. Total garbage. Just leaving this comment before I click to return it and hopefully save others the agitation.

This took some time to get used to the operation. It draws water out of both bottles at the same time. I was originally under the impression that it would do one than the other. With the new understanding of how it works, I love it! Just have to gauge how long before bottle replacement occurs.
