SudMagic Car Wash Foam Gun - Deluxe Foamer

Works well and nicely made. I got this as a replacement for the one I got from Chemical Guys about four years ago. My old one is still perfectly functional, but leaks water at the joint and the handle broke (but still works). If you like to hand wash your car, you need one of these. These will drastically increase productivity of your wash.

Second only to a pressure-washer version, this thing works reaallly well for spitting out foam suds to wash down your car or whatever else you're washing. Makes the car wash process about 2x faster than going back into a bucket repeatedly. Recommend a wetting down and bulk removal with a hose, followed by foam suds rinse, then a 2-bucket wash/rinse where one bucket is nothing but clean rinse water so you don't put dirty and abrasive stuff back on your car.

This product never worked, it was broken before I ever opened the package. The nozzle has three small beads that are suppose to help hold the sprayer; however those small beads are loose and fall out very easily. They are super small and hard to find once they drop. When I opened the package, two of the three small beads fell into the ground and I never found them. The entire product will not work without these beads. Go with a different product.Amendment: I received a replacement foam gun from SudMagic and it works great. I think my original was damaged during shipping. It's okay for a quick rinse. Suds up nicely but definitely not for vehicles that drive on unpaved roads or roads with the occasional mudhole. We have great water pressure but it doesn't clean our vehicles well at all. We live in the country where various road pavings are used. For vehicles driven on good, paved roads it will probably work fine.

The emptying time of the reservoir is ridiculously FAST. Using this product was just an additional step and waste of product. I will continue using the traditional bucket method and a garden hose/pressure washer.

Poor foaming action and broke after a few uses. Waste of money.

This gun is great! I saw some others being sold for more but this is a great deal. And don't be fooled by the price, it is well constructed with what appears to be brass fittings on the nozzle and quick connect attachment. The reservoir is a good size as well. I was more than able to wash my my full size SUV with plenty left over. I should also add that it doesn't leak which it great. Now, I just wish there was an adjustable flow nozzle (jet, mist, stream, shower etc...) that attaches to the quick connect!

The foam gun works as designed. It does use a fair amount of soap even at the low setting which is 5 on the dial. Your water pressure better be high or the gun will just spit the foamed soap onto your car. I have a feeling that no match which foam gun you buy they all will work just like this one.
