The product is good. But it may have got damaged during shipping. It was easy to assemble it and use it. The waiting time was longer.

Strong, Sturdy, Sapce saving
Very good product, Strong, sturdy good for Sapce saving, sufficient for 4 people but can be seated by 6 people also.. comes with very good packaging, easy to assemble

Bad quality of engineered wood. Hinges chipped off on its own weight.
WIth such a bad quality of wood, even if this is not damaged in transit, it cannot have any reasonable life. The wood will give way at the hinges very soon. With such bad and cheap engineered wood, it's life will be very short. Not a good buy at all. Liked the design but unfortunately qood quality is very bad.

My 2 month table screws have fallen off and unable to use
Bought the table 2 months ago and the screws have fallen off despite using it sparingly. Tried customer service, no response. Please help
