LOVE these.
LOVE. Easy on and off. Secure. Sturdy. Can hold more weight than your bike would probably like. Fold flat and snap shut totally out of the way for riding and storage. No need to routinely remove and put back on unless you need to use your rear rack for another purpose. They hold a standard reusable sized grocery bag *filled to the brim*— way more groceries than you would put in each bag when putting in the back of your car because they won’t tumble out when you brake hard or slide around on a sharp turn... so I would say you could carry the equivalent of three brown grocery bags worth of groceries. Just make sure it’s not 3 bags worth of water or beverages that weigh a ton. The panniers can actually handle the weight. Just like I said your bike might not be happy if you did that regularly. They easily fit a fully stuffed high schoolers sized backpack. Deep. Even though sides are heavy nylon mesh and fabric, they are frames and reinforced with metal rods. Extremely lightweight. I have had no issues with the hardware used to secure to side of my rack. They do not “jump off” as some have mentioned here. They are very secure. But as we know all rear racks are not created equal and they have different overall dimensions depending upon which one fits your bike frame. My rack is sturdy with round tube shaped framing. They are 100 % secure on this type of rack. There are also literally only 3 directions to install. One of them tells you the easy fix if there is not enough tension in the bungee that pulls down to keep the clips secured. I don’t think these are design flaws. I imagine if they are popping off they just aren’t well fitted to your rack or bike or the bungee was not adjusted for a secure fit. It will be obvious if they aren’t secure before you ride with them if you understand that the bungee should be exerting enough tension from below the rack hooks to keep them *firmly* in place. There is no way they would jump off with the proper amount of tension. That said... I would honestly upgrade my rack for these if the diameter of the framing was the issue. These are so perfect for my needs that it would be worth it to me. Love that they are not screwed on. Love that they fold completely flat. Love the depth. Love that they are open on top like wire baskets but without the pain of being “permanently” installed with screws. Love that they take 15 seconds to install and remove. Been using them almost daily for a couple of months to work and back and on all errands and haven’t had a single issue. I have definitely overloaded them as well. They can handle it even though I shouldn’t be doing that to my bike. Hope this helps.

Great folding panniers!
Some background - I purchased an electric Pedego Interceptor bicycle for my better half. Pedego's frame also serves as a bike rack, and does an awesome job of protecting the battery. The challenge is that tubing is so thick, that 99% of all panniers will not work because the pannier hooks won't fit over the frame tubing. So, I bought a Topeak Uni Super Tourist Fat Disc Frame Mounted Bicycle Rack to mount above the existing Pedego rack. There was some custom work involved, but it turned out great! This pannier fits perfectly on to the Topeak rear rack. I needed a folding pannier that a standard backpack would fit into, to make it easier just to plop a backpack into the bike (instead of having to load the panniers everytime, then take all the stuff out afterwards). I did a lot of research, and there are very few folding-grocery panniers that have the width of the Bushwacker (Dimensions: 14" Length x 9" width x 10.25" height). Of those that are also this jumbo size, I read that most do not hold their shape very well when loaded up. This Bushwacker is rock solid, having steel-reinforced tubing to hold it in place. It has a nice bungee-hook set-up to keep it secure, and is adjustable to increase tension. Tips: 1) If you use a backpack in this pannier, use a good carabiner (we used the sturdy, easy-to-open-and close, Black Diamond Oval Caribiner) to help prevent the backpack from flying out when hitting bumps. Simply plop the backpack into the pannier, attach the carabiner to the top loop of the backpack, and then hook it on the cloth handle of the pannier. Another option would be to use a bungee cord through the backpack, and attach the bungee to the frame. 2) To help prevent theft of this nice pannier when the bicycle is parked, I attached a small cable to the handle (OnGuard Akita Seat Leash Cable - 53 cm x 5 mm), and locked the seat leash to another cable (used to lock the bike seat to the frame). Though it's a very thin seat leash cable, which could probably be snipped easily, it does help prevent someone without tools just walking off with it. Next, I used some heavy duty zip ties to attach the plastic clips (bottom / backside of pannier) to the Topeak rack. So, I don't take the pannier on & off the bike - I just leave it in place. FYI - I only used one of these panniers (keeping the other as a backup). On the other side of the bike, I built a custom, locking, waterproof hardshell pannier out of a Pelican 1430 case. It's awesome, and it's great to store the heavy chain & u-lock, tools, extra tube, pump, lights, and extra batteries. I used the terrific latching mechanism from Arkel (10 inch length), and also used a seat leash and zip ties to secure it in place (I leave this pannier on the bike also). Happy riding!

These Folding Panniers Work Well
These panniers do their job and seem fairly sturdy. Compared to the similar REI panniers I'm now retiring (after 15-20 years of use) these seem well made but the slightly thinner plastic reinforcing sheet is more flexible. This sheet may be ABS rather than the polyethylene that REI used and may therefore be stronger. A plus is that while the REI panniers hold a full-size grocery bag easily, these have about 1/2" extra clearance on both sides. I also note these panniers mount a little higher, giving more heel clearance when peddling (I added clearance for my REI panniers by mounting my rack 3/8" further back, which leveled the rack more). For negatives, the painted steel rack mount clips would damage an alloy rack and will damage the paint on my steel rack (I will NOT use these on the aluminum rack on my wife's Schwinn Suburban bike but my rack is well worn so I don't care about more scratches on it). I also prefer the solid fabric sides on my old panniers compared to the lightweight mesh sides on these new panniers. In addition, the S-hooks on the bungee cords will NOT fit into the available holes in my bike frame without straightening the larger hook a lot; at least they're made from stainless steel so they are somewhat ductile.

Superior design
This product has a superior design. Fits perfectly, super compact when not in use, very sturdy, does not interfere with anything, very easy to put on and take off. Expensive but you get what you pay for; worth every penny.

I have been using these for a year. It's a great pannier very easy to attach/remove and folds in nicely when not loaded. Locks in nicely with the elastic clip.

Super easy to attach/detach. Perfect as shopping baskets, tuck away nicely when not in use, lightweight so they don’t add to your load.

This is very convenient to use and holds a reasonable amount of groceries. I had to add a bracket to my existing bike rack to fit the lower hook on the bags. I think some rack tubing will be too thick for the hook to attach to but there are a few simple fixes for this. I use this pannier all the time now.
