Hoping these work, have only been taking them for a week.

My son takes them without issue.

I had tried Amazon’s brand of inulin for regular movements but had to increase the amount daily to 3 a day.. Amazon was out of stock last time I ordered and I tried this brand instead..I took two as recommended the first day and found it worked a little too well lol. Next day I tried one and ever since then I’ve only had to take one each morning and it works. The flavor is great. I’m now going to try the other gummies they offer for various health issues. I’m very happy Amazon was out of their brand and I gave this company a try. You should too!!

They taste great but I have absolutely zero effect from them. I can take five with zero effect I don't recommend that for people that don't have constipation issues because some people have the opposite effect where one affects them very strongly. For me, zero affect. Expensive purchase as now I'm going to get powdered chicory root instead.

The first bottle I ordered had a very sugar-y texture (LOTS of sugar), but the gummies did help some with my digestive situation. The second bottle had a completely different texture and the gummies didn't help. While the order page said it could be returned, when I tried, that had changed. Suddenly it was not returnable. So, overall a disappointment.

This insulin fiber seems to work well for me, but I wish it had less sugar.

If you believe in taking probiotics then you also need to be taking this as a prebiotic. Feed the good bacteria with their prefered source of fiber and these gummies taste good too
