Buy this cup!!!
I love it! This product is amazing. It does work. I do love it. It's not uncomfortable, at all....for me. (I understand other people/bodies are unique.)FYI: This is an "Aiwo" brand cup. That name is imprinted right on the cup. The exact same cup is sold under the name Diggold. I bought both one month apart from each other. They are both labeled "Aiwo". They're EXACTLY the same cup. Both work great!! (I bought Diggold first and fell in love. I wanted another one as a backup, but they were out of stock. I panicked [because I never want to live without this cup]. So, I bought this S-Hande cup hoping it would be very similar. It is. Exactly.) You'll be happy with either.I've been using menstrual cups for almost two years now and wish I'd heard of them before. My first cup was the Athena, which I liked, but it filled too quickly for my heavy flow, and I had some issues with it not wanting to open. My most recent favorite, before this cup, had been the Super Jennie. It has a larger capacity than the Athena and is firmer. So, I was able to leave it in longer, and get it opened/in place easier.Due to my body's sensitivity, I cut the tip off my Athena and I use my Super Jennie turned inside out. Therefore, I was quite worried about the comfort of this Diggold cup. I gave it a "dry run" the day it came (after sanitizing it) and found out that it was pretty uncomfortable. But wait... I had an idea to fold the tube end back into my body and give that a try. I couldn't feel it. So, I was happy. When I went to take it out a couple hours later, the tube-like tip had popped back down where it was SUPPOSED to be, but I hadn't noticed. I didn't feel it at all. It just kind of lays to the left side,( inside). Basically I learned that for me: don't try to keep the tip coming out of my body straight. If it sits to the side, I can't even feel it.I misread the suggestion of another reviewer: have the bumps on the stem facing 'up and down' and not 'side to side'. Even though this isn't what they said, I think, for emptying the contents of your cup, the orientation of the bumps and how your hand needs to be placed works (just try laying your hand in your lap and then pinching your thumb and forefinger together).I have quite a heavy flow and have had to empty the large (35ml) Super Jennie cup every 1-2 hours. That's a lot of inserting, re-inserting...which has led to discomfort. With this I just empty it whenever I empty my bladder. I don't have to wonder if I should empty it or not, because it's not a big deal to just drain it. I just do it. Their description said to wear extra protection at night, but I, personally had no issues with it leaking.I have had some temporary setbacks with this Aiwo Cup not draining due to clots, which lead to leaking. :( I didn't know it was full, because nothing was coming through the valve. Therefore, it was overflowing and leaking down over the sides. I had to remove and dump as with a regular menstrual cup. However, an idea came to me about my clotting issue: While the cup is still inserted I can just push, or bear down while the valve is open. There's enough pressure to push the clots through. All clots have been able to pass through the drain valve in this way. So, I don't have to remove the cup! And I have had NO leaking or overflow. Yay! I don't know that this is an issue with the design. My discharge was very thick/clotted and clogged the valve.I was initially afraid to sit, ride a bike, etc., but my body has not "accidentally activated the valve" as I'd feared. :)The valve has not leaked.I love this cup so far! It is life-changing for me. Going from tampons to a menstrual cup a couple years ago was life-changing. This is even more amazing for me!!!! I hope this works for you too!If you haven't tried a menstrual cup, try it! It might not work for your body, but if it does you'll be do glad you tried it. This cup is so awesome. Really. Seriously. Buy this cup!!!!

Amazing!!
Amazing!!!! It is a great idea having a tunnel (hole) inside of tail. So I don't need to take it out to empty. Just squeeze the tail to open a gate (thick part inside) to release liquid. I was looking for a cup having a long tail to grab easily because it is hard for me having high cervics. I have been using luna sensitive but tail is too short. But this one is long and thick, so no need to search with fingers. Also, you don't need to take out, empty, reinserting everyday. I gave more credit for incredible idea that makes my life esay!!! Thanks!

Slow Torture!
It leaks a lot as you move and the stem gets squeezed. I found a remedy to this by inserting the cup a little farther up then usual. This seem to minimize leaking but, emptying the valve is a lot more difficult than I thought. Because of the viscosity of blood mixed with the fact that many people have clotting, emptying your cup is similar to milking a cow. I would literally have to squeeze and pull to attempt partially empty my cup. I absolutely had no time to empty the entire cup because this would’ve taken forever given the extremely slow emptying process. Great idea, not so good execution.

Fits Perfectly
I have yet to use it, but I can already tell the material is sturdier and softer than my old cup. I got a Large because I do bleed alot. I tried inserting it and it's no hassle. It just easily slips right in. I'll update my review once I actually use it and not just test it out.
