Help my thyroid
I was diagnosed with a underactive thyroid and I was taking medication subscribed to me by my doctor for nearly 2 years and the medication made me feel worse then when I wasn't on it so I read online from many people who said taking kelp helped them instead of the thyroid medication as I had continued to put on weight with the thyroid medication I stopped it and started taking kelp a 5 months later I have lost all the weight I gained. I contacted my doctor to tell him I stopped it and had started taking kelp and he said they will just monitor my bloods and I've had 2 tests done and my thyroid is normal now. But please contact your GP first.
