Have pans now that are raised in the middle, hate them.** A: No, the bottoms are "still" definitely not flat. I will not buy this brand of pans again because of the raised middle, and for several other reasons I have posted about. **Q: How to season my pan** A: The pan did not require seasoning. **Q: Is the Copper color kind of rose/pinkish? I have other of these pans to match?** A: I don't know what is meant by "rose/pinkish color" -- it's a copper color. Not garishly copper. Speisen bleiben bei größeren Punkten Kleben so daß man mit dem Holzschaber kräftig nachhelfen muß um es aus der Pfanne zu lösen.
