Value for money

1. Parts missing: The product package was torn and contained only two items: 1 ceiling cup fixture with two screws and the glass dome. There was neither a rod/adjustable chain (as advertised on the Amazon webpage) to hang the ceiling light, nor a holder to fix the bulb. These components were either not included in the package or were lost in transit. As a result, the product cannot be installed and is therefore being returned for a refund. 2. Flimsy product packing for a delicate glass lamp: The thin cardboard box was torn and is very inappropriate for a glass product with fixtures. It appears that the two parts fell out of a gaping hole found on the packet on receipt.
