Put this thing to work today running an airless paint sprayer. Ran for the most part of the day while I was staining a fence. Operated flawlessly! Very easy to start, and is decently quiet. I am very happy with this purchase. You do have to add the oil out of the box, but it had oil supplied, and told me to add the oil before starting. I really like this addition to my tool trailer.

Wonderfully powerful and still quiet. So good that someone else wanted it badly enough to take it.

This is a wonderful, small generator, easy to pull however, they ship with very little oil in it and the sensor will not allow to start unless you fill it up with oil. The oil is not provided and there’s no warning on the fill tube to indicate to pre-fill before starting. That’s my only complaint.

I just set up the GM2200i generator. Added oil and gas and it started on the fifth pull. It's running w/o a load now for 1/2 a tank. I''l run it with a load tomorrow and change the oil after a few hours of use. The packaging was excellent (well protected) and my unit arrived it great shape. The plastic guard/cover that covers the muffler area had a bulge in one spot (poor fit), but that was the only "issue" I could find. I have a Honda EU2000i and wanted to get a companion that I can parallel or provide to a friend if needed. I had planned to get another Honda, but after watching a positive Project Farm YouTube channel review, I decided to take a chance at 1/3 the price of the Honda. For my limited use, I expect this unit will serve me well.Update: I have had to use it for about 48 hours. It starts and runs well, but I have noticed it does not run as clean as my Honda - meaning it smells like it is running rich (too much gas). No big deal.

I'm quite happy with this thing especially for its price I've used it twice heavily. The first use was just Running a 850 W Golf cart battery charger For about 6hrs It was surprisingly fuel-efficient And ran perfectly.The second job Was running a small electric snow blower 1800 W 15 amps Exactly the running power this thing is supposed to put out. While it did run the snow blower It was struggling I triggered the overload shut off twice. Granted I was pushing the limits of the snow blower as well doing a massive job in deep heavy snow. The over load warning light blinked a lot but it pushed hard for 2 straight hours.I will also be useing this for Electric weed whackers, chainsaws, and large flood lights. I don't think it will have a problem with any of these however my only real concern now is how long will it last. "Update did not last"My only complaints Is if you pull the string to far forward the friction will actually melt the plastic on the side slightly not a big issue. "Update oil Sensor brick the whole thing"Update 1 1/2 months later. The generator no longer starts it continually tells me low oil regardless of the amount of oil. I am now removing stars. There is no scenario where I should be having to tear this thing apart to fix something as simple as an oil sensor Inside of 40 daysThis has caused big problems with my home. The directions do not even tell me exactly where the sensor is And the entire thing is encased in 2 layers of plastic so I can't get to anything without tearing apart everything. Nor are there any tutorials and simply unplugging the sensor Did not work either. Also the Provided schematic Has the wrong color codes on the wires. I now have a $300 brick. No customer support Can't find parts. Just s*** out of luck.....Never again

This is without a doubt the best generator I've ever had. I have a building on my property where it's not feasible to run power. I use the building several hours each week as a shop for various property projects. It's miserably hot, so I bought a 10,000 BTU window air conditioner and run it on this generator.The wattage on the airconditioner is about 700 or so and this unit handles it magnificently. It runs about 6 hours on a tank. I bought one of the vibration-activated hour meters and velcroed it to the case and it keeps perfect time.This generator starts instantly on the first pull and is so quiet it's astonishing. I now work in wonderful cool dry air and enjoy it immensely.

This generator is amazing. Had it for over a year now and it starts right up. Let it sit over winter with gas in it and it fired right up and kept providing power. The controls are nice, pull start is easy.The worst part about this thing was how hard it was to wrap an hour meter on the spark plug wire. This is the best bang for buck on the market generator. The only other thing I wish it had was a 30amp plug built into it.

Had this generator for over a year. Worth every penny, no complaints.
