I’ve seen reviews saying it's fragile, and I honestly don’t get it. IT'S GLASS PEOPLE!—of course it’s more delicate than ceramic, get metal one if you want sturdy. That’s the nature of the material. If you're expecting it to bounce like steel, you're shopping for the wrong thing. This is for people who appreciate design, not durability over everything. Yes, I’ve broken two—completely my own fault—and I still came back for more. Why? Because the experience is worth it. It’s lightweight, elegant, and the double-wall insulation is amazing. I absolutely love these JoyJolt Savor double wall espresso mugs! The size is perfect for my morning espresso shots, and the double wall insulation really keeps the drink warm without making the outside too hot to hold. Super nice. Bought two. Easy to clean. The bigger size perfect for tea and coffee. Will be getting a few more for a set if 6. These will be the only cups I need going forward.

Better than expected. Attractive, seamless, keeps my coffee hot. I recommend the cups.

My wife and I really enjoyed the cups for about a week but while removing from the dishwasher one broke. I can understand why one would think it is my fault but it was so sensitive that I don’t think it was my fault. It’s not like a normal cup. Just beware. The other cup has a bubble on the bottom which doesn’t matter to us. The cup does keep the coffee warm for longer periods of time and the outside of the cup stays cool. I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly responded. They asked for pictures but I had already thrown the cup in the trash since part of it shattered. I think the company is honest and would replace it if I could take a picture but I choose not to dig into the trash I’m just writing it off as a bad experience. We still have one to use. Update: The company has contacted me again and offered a full refund. As I thought and wrote before, I think this company is very honest so I changed my stars to 5. No matter what happens in the future I will always give an honest person a second chance and respect. Hopefully more people will follow in their footsteps.
