This Polar Active Ice shoulder wrapped around shoulder well but arm wrap was not large enough. Purchased Polar Active Ice Machine and shoulder part did not fit so I Purchased this in addition. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable, easy to maintain and effective

We purchased our machine in 2016 just prior to my knee replacement surgery. I was amazed at how easy it was to use this product and how much it helped in my recovery. Since then we have used it for multiple surgeries, have known two friends who have used it for multiple procedures, and the machine is still going without any complications. I use the machine today for pain management. It is versatile and very helpful in recovery no matter what the condition. I am so impressed not only with the machine, but with customer service for the business. I recently purchased a shoulder pad, and received a call from customer service saying shipping was estimated too high and they were refunding two-thirds of the cost to ship. They could have been dishonest and kept the extra. Their need to be honest and above board is outstanding. I am so impressed with the company, and with their amazing product. You cannot go wrong by getting this machine.
