As usual, another reliably delicious item from Biona. They are a staple go to for us. Lovely flavour and organic; fabulous.

Great beans from a great company! Great price too! My Alexa device reminds me to buy more before I’ve even realised I’ve run low on cans! It’s a constant stable in my cupboard because I add them into everything, lentil soup, tomato sauces and even into five bean cans making it a six bean meal! They are great quality beans already precooked and easily drained and washed. I open a can and store the contents in the fridge and I get three meals out of one can in various meals. The beans are a good size I’ve tried other brands but their beans are smaller and not organic.

These bean goes nicely as an addition to Butter Bean, Broad Beans, Red kidney Beans and Chickpeas in my Blue Zone Minestrone. My plan is to live to be 100y/o minimum. Healthy eating plenty of exercise and Black Beans in my Blue Zone Minestrone. I think I have it all in hand.
