I really love this soup. As a replacement for lunch or tea, it is very tasty and filling, with just enough flavour and spice to be satisfying. When you want to lose weight you have to expect to make some compromises, but this fits my bill totally, and I will definitely be buying more when the current box has run out. Update: After enjoying the Spicy Thai Chicken soup so much, I decided to try the Tomato flavour. I don't normally like packet tomato soups, but tentatively took a chance - and I'm so pleased that I did, because it was delicious, and was much better than I had expected. I did detect a slight tang to begin with, but then I didn't notice it after the first couple of spoonfuls. The main thing is that I had the same "happy tummy" feeling afterwards, as I did after the Spicy Thai Chicken soup (and the Egg Omelette!), and I'm now going to order the vegetable soup as well. Variety is the spice of life, as they say - and anything that feels satisfying while helping you to lose weight has to be worth it.

I've tried most of the NUPO range and really like them (although the shakes are a bit expensive - I use Slimfast, just as effective and a fraction of the cost) However this 'soup' misses the mark on so many levels - the contents don't disolve and so you are left with a kind of gritty/powdery residue - the suggested amount of water is 300ml, which produces a bowl or cup of pink hot water with very little flavour. I now stick to the NUPO vegetable soup, but even with them, I use 250ml of water to ensure a good 'soupy' consistency.

Personally, I stick with the NuPo shaker cup, and the lumps don’t bother me—that’s how dedicated I am to my goals. Mixed with 300ml of cold water and stirred well with a fork. Transferred to microwavable dish and heated on full power 900W for 3 minutes (1 minute at a time, removing and stirring and returning to microwave) 2 minutes was not enough cooking time when making with cold water as directed! Decent consistency achieved although quite peppery - if you like chili-hot you may like to add further chill, like tabasco etc. Not at all bad as far as dry packet diet soups go, slightly disappointed and probably would not buy this flavour again.

Taste is great and it does fill you up but I just can’t get it to mix without lumps. I’ve tried everything. I probably wouldn’t order again because of the lumpiness

The soup is kind of thick if you stur it enough, I'm honestly not a huge fan of the flavour, it does have a bit of a peppery taste as another person said. It's not to bad for something you might buy in a cafe but I'd not buy it again. It tastes quite artificial, I expected that, what I didn't expect was little bits of what I think are potato and some tiny bits of chicken. Over all I'd give the flavour profile a 2 out of 5, it's there but not very strong.

Folles the instructions. The outcome was a lumpy mess. Very peppery. Not like Spicy Thai at all. Will try and blend it next time.

Tastes disgusting. Straight in the trash after tasting the first one, I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.

Scrivo con piacere questa recensione, in quanto sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita dal prodotto. Innanzitutto ha un sapore molto gradevole ( e già questo è una sorpresa considerando che quasi tutti hanno un retrogusto chimico, cosa che questa zuppa non ha) e si avvicina molto al sapore della vellutata di porri. Ha una buona consistenza e soprattutto è abbastanza saziante. Inoltre è facile da preparare anche fuori casa, basta avere un thermos con dell' acqua calda. Rispetto ad altre marche più note, fin ora è la migliore. Riacquisterò!

Muy bueno. De los purés que he probado este es el que me ha gustado más. No sabe a crema precocinada, sabe a crema como si la hubieses hecho tú. A mi me llenó bastante y es la misma cantidad que los dulces.
