If you have issues digesting any kind of meat or fish or you get bloated after your meal these the pills to take !! It made a big change in our life and really helps a lot. Don't get me wrong we don't eat junk food but sometimes I have issues with chicken and vegetables, if I take one pill before the meal I have no issues at all !

I would like to have the expiration date listed on the bottle. The first time I bought it, it was within 2 weeks of the expiration date.Other than that, I am quite pleased with the enzymes, especially that it also has herbs to aid digestion.

I didn’t know how much my body needed this until I took it. It has the main enzymes that were on my list PLUS! I do intermittent fasting, so my bottle lasts longer. I have ordered this product a few times and I'm very picky about the products I take ..I do a lot of research when I pick a product so I can get the best results possible...I can honestly say I have not been disappointed.. At your request I leave this critique:I actually ordered this product by mistake. I really do not have any problems with my digestion, only I feel my belly swells after I eat. I do not have excess gas, burping or flatus. I have no heart burn. I have no problems with diarrhea or constipation. These pills burned my stomach and made my throat hurt. They seemed to be too strong and caused me to feel sick. I take a good probiotic so I guess I need to help my intestine with something other than digestive enzymes. Sorry

I will pay this company the highest compliment any consumer can give. I will buy their product again. I've been eating junk off and on but always with these digestive enzymes and I'm feeling great. The capsules go down smooth. What more can I say. I feel healthy.

It is helping and I just bought a second bottle. I bought it because I have been attempting to lose weight and read that these enzymes would improve my digestion, reduce discomfort because of increased fiber, and allow me to fill full when I complete a meal. Note: I will know more after I see my doctor in a couple of months. But if nothing else, it has reduced my sweet cravings and I am no longer hungry right after I eat and as this and green tea are the only changes I have made to the diet, I will give credit where it is due.

Since my teenage years I have had GI problems. They got worse. My food was not digesting properly, mainly fats. My doctor recently wrote a prescription for enzymes which cost over $1,000/month!
