I struggled to find a 'fitbit' style watch in the right colour that also had good reviews and wasn't expensive for a child's present. This seemed to tick all the boxes, but please note that the purple is not as per the photos, but more of a berry or plum colour. We have the app on an iPad and it seems to work fine and is easy for my 7 year old to navigate. Lots of different display options which is great and fun. It also had some nice features like setting up a reminder to drink water. Would definitely recommend.

The watch is ok. Minimal performance but it Is a low price and its fine for little kids. Don't expect too much analysis from it. Main issue for us was that the strap has broken after just a few weeks and it's only possible to purchase a replacement along with a charger cable. This adds to the overall price of the product... However, when I messaged the seller they arranged for a replacement strap to be sent out nad it was with us in a few days.

I have had several of these watches and they are good as a first tracker watch for children. Unfortunately one of mine went wrong, out of warranty and I contacted support team not expecting much.They were so helpful and when the problem couldn't be solved they sent me a new watch out of warranty. Very impressive.

Bought two watches as Christmas presents and children (6 and 9) love them. Comfortable to wear, bright colours and easy to read screens.Battery lasts at least a couple of days and charges quickly.We had an accident with the watch but Joanna on the customer service team was excellent and sent a replacement within the terms of the 12 month warranty.The app is easy to navigate but it seems to ‘loose’ data when syncs with the watch. My son had achieved several thousand steps but when the watch connected to the app it wiped it back to zero on his watch so we have learnt to sync at the end of a day. I have two watches attached to a family account and have to reconnect the watches and sync each time the app is opened and data seems to be lost but the children don’t care about the data so long as they see the steps on the watch face in the moment.They also like the stopwatch which they use to time teeth cleaning 😉

Watch faces very limited, seems that when taken off the sensor goes crazy looking for pulse so battery ends up dying fast but the worst thing of all it appears that you are locked with a 24 hour clock.

I bought it for my granddaughter and she loves it.

I ordered 2 of these for my 4 year old and 7 year old as they were asking for fit bits (seems to be a bit of a trend at school atm) they have done the job nicely and are very impressed with them, they love to check their steps ect and I don't have to worry about then being lost or broken at such a great price. Not to sure on the accracy as my 2 bounce off the walls but its keeping them happy especially when reaching their goal. The mobile app isn't amazing but still good. Would definitely order them again.

I purchased 2 of these for my kids in Oct 2021 after much research of other brands including better known ones. The Vigor 2 looked simple, nice, and had the features I needed and cared for, and even some more. I haven't had the chance to test the accuracy, but some parameters seemed on par during an activity against my Garmin Fenix.Unfortunately, after about nearly 5 months later, one of the units screen went faulty, the stopped working. The sensor was fine, but the screen went black and would not come on after many attempts to restart and troubleshoot. An email to Biggerfive was met with a speedy response, thoughtful communication, and resolve to the issue. These are real people who want their product and company to succeed by checking all the boxes regarding their product and services. I would recommend this product and wish them continued success.This is a genuine review of a product that I purchased and used without influence or offers.

Teníamos la 1a versión, y se nos acabó rompiendo por el sistema que tenía para cargarlo. Pero esta 2a versión han mejorado, porque se carga conectando a la parte de atrás ele reloj, sin sacar la correa.Y mantiene su resistencia al agua y el resto de funcionalidades.Hay gente que comenta que no se le conecta al móvil, pero es porque hay que seleccionar que es una PULSERA, no un reloj. Así os conectará a la 1a.Por el resto, mantiene las funcionalidades del original. Ham mejorado también que el borde de silicona sobresale de la pantalla, con lo que evita arañazos.Mantiene la resistencia al agua, mi hijo de 6 años de mete con en la piscina.
