Better than the chintzy slide clamps
Much better than those chintzy clamps that many CV boots come with. Easy to use with an end cutter.

Feels sturdy!

They work
Not the same quality as OEM for my Toyota but good enough for a quick repair. The grease was starting to break down on the inner boot and was seeping out of the boot. I used these to change grease and reattach the boot without pulling the axles. I also purchased an OEM kit which is why I know the OEM is better but I’m saving that for a full rebuild.

Good replacement Clamps and Tool
Changed the front left outer CV boot on a Toyota Corolla approximately three months ago. Replaced the OEM Clamps with these. Both are holding the boot in place so far.

OEM for BMW fit perfect.
I only needed 1 large and one small band but I understand the economics of only selling one. Now I have plenty for the next CV boot job.

A little thinner metal than the original, but easier to install because of it.
These bands are a little thinner than the original higher quality ones, but that made them a lot easier to install in a tight space, which is a good thing as I was replacing the inner cv axle rubber boots. They should last just fine. The teeth on these bands are more aggressive than the other ones, which made hooking the easier.
