When I first bought this product in Nov. of 2019, it cost $10.50. In Feb. 2020, $14.00. July 2021, $11.88; March 2022, $12.75; Aug. 2022, $14.03; Nov. 2022 price went down to $13.20; Sept. 2023, $18.00; Feb. 2024, $22.00, and now as of Aug. 2024, $24.67. So in five years, the price went from $10.50 to $24.67. Since 2019, this item has increased in price an average of $2.83 per year, or about 120% overall. What is the justifiable reason for this +100% change in price over five years? This is a GREAT product, but now unaffordable for me. In my opinion, this item should cost $12.00 at the most, forever. It is a wonderful gel that is good for the hair, inside a bottle of decorated plastic. Friends, look at something you buy regularly and see how the price has increased over the last five years. Ask yourself, Do you feel that this gradual increase is justifiable? Then decide, should you buy it any longer, or not? Sadly, I cannot buy this product at the price being asked. I found something else, hopefully comparable, for $5.00. Can't wait to try it out, though I wish I didn't have to.

I love that this has very little scent, holds well, but is still flexible, and is not sticky or stiff. You can easily comb through it after it's dried without yanking your hair out. And it doesn't make your scalp itch or flake. If I don't want to wash my hair the next day, I just get a damp and blow dry it with the brush and it looks as good as if I just added more product. Can't say that about everything.

Studies show tea tree oil is a natural insect repellant. I spend a lot of time outdoors and I do notice, mosquitoes stay away from my head/face. I’ve been using this gel for about 5 years. I’m a guy who wears his hair short to medium. The smell is pleasant and not overpowering. The gel holds well throughout the day, even a tough day. Doesn’t have a bad feel (not sticky) Easily refreshes if you wet your fingers and run them through your hair. Great product.

I have been using this product for a while and it is amazing. I notice that this one doesn’t have the same strength holding up the hair like before and that’s why I gave it only 4 stars. Hopefully is only this badge and not that they change the formula.

Buen gel muy bueno

I used a Redken product for years but it was discontinued. My hairdresser suggested this. It has good holding power on my short hair. And it is not sticky. I find it to be pricy and the largest tube I can buy is 6.8 oz. But it does work for me.

I hate regular jell as it gives sticky feeling till you you wash it off, this one doesn’t feel sticky. It feels natural and healthy
