Great product!
I used this webbing to make drawer faces for root vegetable storage. If you follow the instructions, it's really simple to cut with scissors and manipulate. Very strong.

lack of communication.
I bought two items. the 1st item was ten feet of wicker webbing. the product was fine except the color. i returned this item and was notified by amazon that the item was received and credit would be issued. It has been well over a week and I have not received credit to my credit card.The second item was fine except I requested an additional 10 feet of the same material. I have yet to receive a reply to this request and this has been well over a week. The web site is very poor when it comes to selecting a color.
