This is adorable and I love it. The first one I had lasted for 3 years then broke. I bought a new one I love it. Well it didn’t work so I returned it and the company was kind enough to send me a new one. So far so good I love him he’s right next to my tree.

Wheel gear is defective. The Santa figure won't track up and down the chain resulting in the Santa figure either stalling or falling off the chain. I am disappointed since this product only lasted for 2 months (purchased in August and defective in October).
