My son uses these along with insoles for his Severs disease & they are awesome. He is usually in so much pain after a game & these have helped so much.

Only reason I am rating low is that these heel cups did not work for my gymnast. Likely they are not made for gymnasts either since they fell apart after 2-two hour practices. We have no reason to purchase these again but they would likely do well for someone that needs the extra support for daily activities, not sports.

My daughter was getting heel pain from gymnastics. She wears these while training & no longer has any problems.She’s been wearing them for about 6 months now. They don’t breath well & get pretty stinky but they seem to be holding up to frequent washing. I just toss in the machine & air dry.

My daughter wears a size 1 in girl's shoes and these fit her perfectly. She loves them and does not complain of her heel pain anymore. They are not too thick and fit well inside a shoe or boot and the design is also great for summer sandals. Couldn't be happier with these - thank you!
