Really great product for keeping dust out. Easy install and the two zipper option is really a nice touch. Open one for single person movement or open both when moving items in our out and you need the full width of the doorway. Included tape will fully seal around 1.5 doors so get more tape if you intend on using multiple times.

Worked incredibly well on my home renovation project. kept all the drywall dust out of the rest of my house!

Doing a room renovation which includes a lot of drywall sanding and painting. This has kept the dust and fumes to a minimum in the rest of the house. The only con at first was the two sided tape. It requires and very clean surface to adhere properly. So make sure the mating surface is clean and free of debris

Purchased this to provide a dust/debris barrier and provide repetitive, long term access to a master bathroom reno. This has been essential for keeping the room clean while all manner of heavy dust and debris filled the reno workspace. The plastic sheeting is very thick and durable as are the zippers. This thing has really took a beating as well as many, many zips/unzips and performed perfectly. Note that the included two sided tape is useless so don't waste your time. In my case I simply with a staple gun, stapled the plastic edges to the adjoining walls - I put also small squares of cardboard between the staples and surfaces of the plastic sheeting to prevent tearing. I also pinned the tops of the sheeting to the ceiling with extension poles - the same could of been done less elegantly with 2x4s. This was hands down the best $38 I spent on an expensive bathroom reno.

I used this to cordon off part of my house as a quarantine measure, not for construction, but I was none the less impressed. The plastic is strong, the zippers are sturdy. I used the double stick tape provided, around the edge of the door trim. It’s very strong and I fear I will have a mess when I remove it. But the trim could use painting anyway so I’m not too concerned. I would not trust the tape long term on the wall. It’s very strong. If I use this again for construction I would probably raise it up in the doorway so that the bottom just touches the floor a little bit, rather than a foot of plastic lying on the floor ( see picture) but for my purposes it didn’t matter. If you taped the side edges down to the floor for even better dust sealing , I think you could still go in and out using just one zipper. If you had to take things in and out you might zip up both zippers. If your doorway is wider than the plastic you would have to work something out with adding plastic to the sides. Mine is just over 4 feet and there is extra plastic. In all this works great.

I purchased this commercial version and also the normal (30 inch doorway). Both have zippers all the way up that work and seal well. The double sided tape given stuck well to the frame and more importantly to the plastic. In the commercial version, there was enough tape to go around twice if needed. The normal version had just enough for one time around. The commercial plastic is translucent but not clear. The normal door is clear. My wife likes the clear better so she can watch the demo work happen. I have used both doors for the past 3 weeks and 3 of the 4 zippers in the two doors still work flawlessly. The fourth no longer functions and is taped shut which was likely my fault due to only opening one side and putting tension on the other when I took materials out.

This door has a nice opening that can be opened up when not in use. It is easy to install. I gave it 3 stars because the adhesive that sticks the zipper to the plastic is so poor that there are lots of gaps where the zipper attaches! Thus it is not sealed at all! I will not purchase it again.

Worked perfectly. Very easy to put up. Used it during a renovation. Kept the dust away also the cold as the contractors came in and out. As well, was great peace of mind for our pets. The zip wall kept them away from the renovations as well as breathing in dust.

This product works very well. It has been up on a door to a room where building works have been going on for over a month now. It has done very well at keep the dust out, including that from breaking down a wall and cutting a new hole for a window in another (anyone who has had this done will know how much dust this produces and how pervasive it is). The double sided tape is holding to the door surround. As an extra protection I've taped the edges to the wall also - which supports some of the weight of the door and acts as an extra barrier. When the worst of the work was going on I taped a bin bag to the floor over the bottom of the door as a flap valve. It must be imported from the US - buying replacement tape from Amazon.co.uk costs (55 pounds!! - more than the door), so was cheaper to order from Amazon.com (18 dollars) and pay postage. However, replacement tape still unused - will need it for the second room!

Excellent product easy to install and just about start work so let’s see if it keeps the dust contained .... more to follow
