Very tasty
Great wasabi powder and so easy to use. It mixes up well with no lumps of dry powder remaining. And it has great flavor. I highly recommend this.

Great for my avocado rolls
Was my first time trying wasabi powder. Came out great for me. I used some shortly after mixing it and the next day. There's no specific measurement of how much water to add per tablespoon so you have to trial and error guess for consistency. It's not spicy but has the flavor profile of wasabi. I'm no expert and only had paste a few times at restaurants and a wasabi hybrid I've bought from whole foods that comes in a tube.

What a waste of $18. I had hoped to sprinkle this on nuts/dried fruit to jazz them up. All I got was an over priced jar of white dust. Absolutely NO HEAT, NO SPICY taste like the Wasabi flavored almonds I buy at my local store. NO FLAVOR. Save your money. The company that makes this product emailed me for a review and I wrote basically the same thing....$18 worth of tastless white dust. Never heard back from them. So no customer support either.

The best wasabi powder I've found! Great flavor. Bought it for sushi, but I add it to stir fry, fried rice, and other Asian dishes.
