Best I can find
I never really feel a difference in effects from taking vitamins so I can’t really say this is life-changing. However, it has all of the ingredients one would look for especially methyl folate which is extremely important for those that have MTHFR gene mutation.

Increased my heart palpitations
Love the company and ingredients but after running out, I did notice my heart palpitations had stopped. It wasn't until I read other reviews from users who had similar experiences that I put the two together. For that reason I will not be ordering these again.

I know when I miss my vitamins with these. I cannot miss more than one day without feeling lethargic. Got mine on auto-renew. Totally worth the cost!

Wonderful
After only a few weeks I have noticed my hair and nails are stronger. It was well balanced and I am feeling better. These are some really great vitamins. I love the energy and the way my skin looks after taking them for awhile. They don't upset my stomach like other vitamins.
