Broken
Received but parts were broken. 3 people and 2 animals broke away from placement. 2 persons arm was broken. Packaging seemed fine so I can only assume product is poor. I did make repairs because I am having guests and I wanted a Christmas scene. I was planning to buy 1/month for next year but, I don't think so.

Came in perfect condition, will make a great addition to my Christmas village. Was disappointed however the box was in very bad shape.
