⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quiet and Cool in a Tight Space - be quiet! Dark Rock TF 2
The be quiet! Dark Rock TF 2 has proven to be an excellent cooling solution for my compact Revolt 3 build. I was initially concerned about fitting a cooler of this size in such a small case, but it turned out to be a perfect fit! The cooler's design allows it to clear the other components in the tight confines of the Revolt 3, and it does its job admirably. My system runs cool and quiet, even under load, thanks to the Dark Rock TF 2. If you're building in a small form factor case and need reliable cooling without excessive noise, I highly recommend this cooler. It's a testament to be quiet!'s engineering that they can pack so much cooling performance into such a space-conscious design. The Dark Rock TF 2 keeps my system running smoothly and silently, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

5900x almost killed my pc
got it "like new" for less than listed now and it came clean with little signs of previous use. Once I upgraded my cpu to a 5900x my 180tdp compact cooler was struggling to keep it below 77 and had a couple hard stops. At first when installed this cooler in my PC it didnt turn on so I relived some pressure and it did expect it was jumping all over the place in temps and could only open on app at a time before a hard stop, on the third attempt before throwing in the towel I noticed one of the brackets was lose due to putting spacers on wrong and then FINALLY it worked and keeps my cpu below 62c full load. My case is a Corsair 175r with 5 fans and the front panel off which makes it look no different just better airflow and when on temps are 66c.

Cooler than expected (pun intended), but I have a niche setup.
I get surprisingly good results with this. I'm still running my system in a HAF LANBox Evo that is setup in the fireplace. The fireplace isn't used for fires anymore (obviously), but still provides an exhaust path for the system since I have a 200mm fan in the top that helps carry heat away from the motherboard. This seems to be an ideal setup, because I have this cooling a 5950X and don't see load temps over 75C. I only hit thermal max when I configure CPU power to reach the max stated TDP via the overclocking settings. Even then, thermal throttling still holds the CPU at all core speeds that are ~15% higher than stock under stress testing loads (~3.8Ghz vs ~3.3Ghz). This cooler is probably not for everyone, but works wonders in my system. I've kept this case, because I don't ever have to worry about strain on my PCIE slots since my motherboard is horizontal. Install is easy. The fans are custom, though. You may be able to find something that would fit, but the middle fan is thinner than standard. The fans are not reverse flow, so you do have the supports showing on the top fan. I prefer that, because I see it as an extra safeguard. I would give this 5 stars, but the custom fans and requirement for a niche setup for it to really shine make it hard for me to say it's perfect... although it's close to perfect for me and my use case.

Excellent fit in my Hyte Revolt 3
These is a perfect fit for my Hyte Revolt 3. It makes use of all of the available space, and still allowed me to mount a full size 140mm fan on the normal fan bracket. It keeps my 5800x3d plenty cool below thermal throttling limit, which is all you can ask for in a mini ITX case like this.

Not what I expected
5900x still runs hotter than it did with my dying AIO

Circulating Air All around Your Processor
This has a design that, besides blowing air through the cooling radiator, it also, by being parallel to the MB pulls air from all around and over the processor and then through the radiator. May not cool as efficiently as their big two fan units but when your case dictates a limit on vertical size it is the best solution. The trend in the case markets has been to smaller and smaller cases and this unit fits many of those smaller cases while still keeping your processor cool. Not sure is I would use it with a i9-12900k or Threadripper but will effectively cool most non-125 watt processors.

Extremely powerful push cooler!
I am running a very unique setup where space is everything, I needed something more compact than the AIO 240 cooler I was using. Originally having a 10400f on the AIO was more than capable keeping temps in the low 60s, when I upgraded to a 11700kf I noticed that my temps were constantly in the mid 80s. I did a ton of research and this cooler was the only air cooler rated for the heat from the new CPU; while it is kind of finicky, I was able to install in about 30 minutes. I game now in the low 60s once again and there is considerbly less clutter. The performance from this top down cooler is amazing, definitely would recommend to any and everyone!

Affordable, Quiet, and Peformance
Using this to cool my i7-10700k after I was getting outrageous temps on an old 120mm loop from corsair that I had for years. I decided to move cases to the Hyte Revolt 3 which is a small form factor case and wanted to switch to air cooling. This thing is great for the money and was super easy to install. Even though its MASSIVE it still fits in my small form factor case. idle below 40c and game below 80c on my 10700k, just as good as the 240 loop I've had in the past!

Good cooler design
I'm very satisfied by this cooler. It works very quiet. The temperature of CPU with 100% load is near 80-85 degrees.

Be Quiet Dark Rock TF2

Quality product but why custom fans?
Quality product but the custom made fans for it kind of kill it. Good luck replacing them either for better performance or for style (like led fans)
