This stuff WORKS!
I have severe dry eyes due to MGD syndrome. I have tried every single eye drop on the market. None of them helped for more than an hour. Since drops weren’t working, I decided to try tackling the problem from the inside out. I researched a lot of eye health supplements and settled on this one. This stuff is absolutely amazing! After 2 weeks, my need for eye drops decreased significantly. I’ve been taking them for a month now and can’t believe the relief I’ve gotten. My eye problem isn’t healed, but now I only need to use drops maybe once a day and some days I don’t need them at all. I will never be without this product again and just ordered a second bottle. If you suffer from dry eye problems and are on the fence about trying this brand, I strongly encourage you to give it a try.

WOW! THIS WORKS!
I am SO GRATEFUL that I found this Lipotriad Dry Eye fish oil! I have severely dry eyes (I'm a 2 on a scale of 1 to 30) and have tried everything to help my uncomfortable dry eyes.I take restasis which helps but I can honestly say that this fish oil supplement helped more. I've taken fish oil almost my whole life but none of the others helped as much. I will say the PRN brand helped immensely after 30 days but the lowest cost you can get from PRN is $52 A MONTH which is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! Who can possibly afford that?!! The Lipotriad Dry Eye fish oil helps EVEN MORE bc it relieves my dry eyes without ripping me off on the price. I'm so grateful for the relief I feel in my eyes. Lipotriad Dry Eye is truly the answer to a prayer. And I have never experienced a fish taste or fish burps after taking them.I decided to try Lipotriad because of the reviews I read and I'm so thankful to the people who wrote them. I hope my review encourages someone who is looking for relief to try them. I know they will be thankful, too. Peace to you all.

Recommended by my optometrist
I recently began taking this on the advice of my optometrist, who also suffers from dry eye. I'm not sure how long it will take for me to begin reaping the benefits, but I've only been taking these vitamins for a couple of weeks so I suppose it's a bit soon to tell how well they will work for me. If they make me more comfortable, or keep my dry eye condition from getting worse, it will be great! The pills themselves are large but easy to swallow with a glass of water. I expected some aftereffects of taking fish oil, but so far no unpleasant aftertaste, which is a real plus! I'm definitely willing to give it a bit of time.

Like most other fish oil, with one exception
There's nothing magical about this formula. Like any fish oil supplement, it's a good choice for treating dry eye. My selection was based purely on the price per cap, which was reasonable at the time of purchase. These unflavored gelcaps are large (like all fish oil) and may be difficult to swallow if you're sensitive to that. Its worth the effort, though: I noticed an improvement in my dry eye within a week. I'm on my second bottle, and have also found that they do not cause the dreaded fish burps like some lower quality fish oil can. Because of this, I will repurchase as long as the price stays competitive.

Absolutely Worth A Try!
I have been a dry eye sufferer for about 10 years now. I have had plugs put in my upper and lower tear ducts multiple times because, though it offers relief for a couple of months, my condition always returns to where it was which is plain bad. My vision gets blurry, my eyes hurt constantly because they are so dry, I forever feel like there’s sand in my eyes, and I can use eye drops til the cows come home without any kind of relief. I did the amniotic membrane tissue treatment to my “bad” eye that, once taken out after being in for however many days it needed to be, offered exactly one day of miraculous relief. My condition returned to exactly where it was the next day. I researched dry eye vitamins, read a million reviews, compared pricing to my budget, and chose this product based on reviews and price. I have been purchasing these vitamins for over a year now. I take two every day. I haven’t had to go to my eye doctor for help with my dry eye symptoms since starting these vitamins. I haven’t had to drown my eyeballs in eye drops every two seconds either. My “bad” eye still feels dry eye-ish at times but I haven’t had the horrible pain and increasing blurry vision since I began regularly taking this product. The price is reasonable, the product works for me, and I’m so glad to not have to run to my eye doctor every other month just to be told there’s not much more that can be done. If you’re suffering from dry eye anywhere from moderate to extreme, I highly recommend giving Lipotriad Dry Eye an honest to goodness try. It’s been a life changer for me!

Has helped with dry eyes
I purchased this item to help with my dry eyes. I have used several different omega 3 supplements over the last several years since my dry eye started. Typically, winter has been my toughest season to get through (I live in the north and I think by then it's just too much time spent in heated buildings). I started on the Lipotriad Dry Eye formula about a month ago and my eyes have been really good since then. I still take flax seed oil supplements along with these but given that it's winter time, I couldn't be happier with how my eyes have done the last month. No irritation, no pain and just the occasional need to use my eye drops. I will continue to use this formula and have high hopes that it will keep giving my eyes what they need.

Helping dryness problem!
I am a senior lady with dry eyes and my eye doctor prescribed dry eye drops & ointment to help this problem. He wanted me to use the drops 4 times a day & the ointment at night. I tried doing this for a couple of weeks & it was causing my mascara to get runny & the ointment was unpleasant to use. I found Lipotriad Dry Eye on Amazon, read reviews, & ordered it. The softgels are kind of large, but I have no problem with them. No fish burbs at all. My eyes seem to be more moist & I have stopped my drops & ointment. I am accepting an offer for a free bottle for my honest review & will continue to order.
