Got rid of my frizz! FYI, if you have long hair, order two. I'm glad I cut my hair before I used this, I barely had enough. I think you can buy these separately, but I'm not positive.

I followed the exact directions, step by step and even though my hair felt great right after the treatment, after the 1st wash (using the included shampoo+conditioner), my hair went back toalmost the same texture as before. It was still frizzy and curly-ish. It had a slighter smoother texture, that’s all- DEFINITELY Not worth the money.Also the after-smell of the treatment is just awful! It’s so bad I have tried to get rid off it during the last few washes by using different shampoos/conditioners that smell good, but I can still smell it, especially when is wet.I would not recommend this - I would just go to a professional salon next time and pay the extra$ for a good product, labor, and the long time it takes to apply a keratin treatment.UPDATE: the company contacted me to ask me which steps I followed. I explained to them that I followed the exact steps listed in the instructions, EVERY SINGLE ONE. They messaged me another 2 times inquiring about the iron temperature I used, and other specific questions, to which I answered. then they emailed me again to tell meThey don’t believe I followed the proper steps!! This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever had! If you are going to email your customers to ask if you followed their instructions (which I very carefully did) and then tell them you don’t believe them you shouldn’t even be in business! I 100% WASTED 100$ and also the ton time I spent applying the product AND answering their pointless messages.IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARTS I WOULD!!!

The result was not great . Definitely not worth the horrible smell every time I wash my hair or it gets wet my hair smells like garbage. It’s been 2 weeks since I used the product and it still smells horrendous.

I am a stylist who had to be certified to apply this. This is a FRIZZ SMOOTHING TREATMENT, not a straightener. It will not straighten your hair. It will help make curls more manageable. It will cut dry time in half, its job is not to straighten.
