These seem to do what they are supposed to do. However, I don’t see any significant change in joint discomfort although I’ve only been taking 3 weeks. It DOES give me “ fish burps”. Annoying but tolerable. Take with food for sure.

Claims to be clear which represents a clack of oxidation although, mine were almost as yellow as normal fish oil and the bottle still had a fishy smell.
