Fantastic! I bought 2. I bought them for toothache, popped in freezer for 30 minutes and stays cold for hours. Also used for period pains, popped in microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute and it helped. Comes with velcro straps so can be used on arms and legs. Also comes in a pouch to protect body from the cold or heat. Definitely recommend 👌

This is one of the better types of cold compress mainly due to the material it’s made from. It keeps the cold temperature well. Comes with safety cover to prevent freezer burns and feel nicer. Would recommend especially at the price sold.

Well made, the sleeve is an added bonus helping keep the pack clean. Sleeve is also easy to clean.

Pack is great but it does not come with a sleeve. Very cheap so didnt send back, just annoying as the description is not accurate.

PERFECT!!! Great to have one or two of these at home. Bought it for pain at the side of my foot and with the velcro strap I could position it exactly on the right area. it also slides into its own pouch which is good as ice shouldn’t directly touch the skin. Couldn’t believe it next day I bumped my head so I had this chilling in the fridge helped a lot! I used to have a bigger one and it picked up odours from the fridge so I learned to put into a zip bag and leave in the bottom drawer of the fridge, no more odours. Would definitely buy another one and will also buy one for my Son.. AAAA****

Ottimo sia per terapia del freddo che del caldo, la pratica sacca con la fascia permette di tenere il gel in maniera pratica sulla zona interessata. Il gel rimane freddo per diverso tempo e anche il caldo ha una buona durata. Consigliatissimo!

Al tratarse de gel se dapta mejor a la zona de aplicación y aguanta mucho con el calor, lo único que las medidas de tiempo para calentar en microondas no parecen estar bien, ya que con ese tiempo a penas se calienta.

Può essere usato sia caldo che freddo ed è molto efficace per dolori muscolari, contusioni o emicranie. La custodia protettiva è comoda e permette di applicarlo senza fastidio diretto sulla pelle. Si scalda e si raffredda velocemente, resta alla giusta temperatura per un buon tempo ed è resistente anche dopo tanti utilizzi. Un rimedio pratico, economico e indispensabile da avere sempre in casa!
