I was looking at cheaper ones but I was dubious about the quality of them. When I finally decided to take the advice I was hoping the price would be worth it. It absolutely was. The quality is excellent. The ipad edges are protected by a rubber lining set into the clasps. (Not like the ones that have foam glued on that eventually rips or drops off) which means it won't damage your device. The holders and fittings to tighten and loosen are excellent quality and are so sturdy. Even better, it doubles as a phone holder too. It was so easy to install too. I used the ipad holder for a gig and it was brilliant . It was perfect and ot looked professional. My 10inch ipad fit perfectly.
