The dosage is that recommended by NHS England at 400IU. It seems to be quite easy to buy much higher doses, but I don’t want to overdo it. I sometimes get an irritated stomach with vitamins, but there are good for me. I take all year round and recognise an improvement in my skin hair and nails. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow.
