I was happily surprised by this product. Works just as expected. Remote control easy to use. Flame effect really pleasing as I was comparing to a real fire and a mix fuel stove fire which I had before. Just with the flame effect on and now heater it warms the "ambience" of the room.

I liked the look of this fire and for several reasons it was just what I needed.Delivery was prompt, however I was disappointed to find that it was fitted with a European style plug rather than one suitable for the UK.This was contrary to how it was advertised. I'll order another one and hope that the outcome is better.

Size of wall mounted fire was ideal for my use and very easy to mount onto wall. Controls were easy to use and safety elements impressive. Price very good for type of fire. Only downside is that fire is noisy both with fan heaters on or just using log fire display.

We have now been refunded in full. But it was a very upsetting experience for us because we are elderly and my husband is ill , we were frightened and how awful it would have been if we had not been in the room at the time of the incident!!
