Perfect isomalt

This was exactly what I wanted to use for grandsons birthday. I had never used before & it was very easy. Had tons of compliments & grandson absolutely had a fit about it.

I'd never worked with the ice amount but this was very easy. I have nothing to compare.

The crystals melt quickly, and then stay workable for a pretty good amount of time. It takes color (luster dust) well before pouring, and I've had no trouble with dusting, painting or spraying after it dries. The color when dry is pretty clear (not yellowed) so it makes nice windows, ice sickles, etc. I've liked working with it so far (as much as any other and more than some) and would get it again.

I bought several different brands of isomalt, but only this one proved to be the best. It holds the temperature well and does not burn (others began to turn yellow already at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius). Allows you to make beautiful transparent lollipops without yellowness👍 Now I will only buy this.

This is a great way to up your baking game and create glass like edible decorations to add to cakes! It's easy to use and a little goes a long way!

Little disappointed - I bought this for the first time, made it exactly how youre supposed too- it yellowed before it was heated to the finishing stage. I was going to color it blue - which made it then look green. I made more and tried to heat it slower, still yellowed, I needed clear and had to color it. I'll keep looking for a better brand
