I've been utilizing this pillow cover for over a year now and it's holding up great! I don't use it for pregnancy but I have back issues and this helps me sleep in a way where I don't wake up with pain in the morning. The cover actually wasn't the correct shape for my pillow (my bad, not the pillow cover's fault) but I was able to squish it around my pillow just fine since the fabric is fairly stretchy. It's soft and feels sort of like a thin velvet.
