Nautical Cove Wooden Pirates Treasure Chest Box Pirate Treasure Map and Gold Coins/Gems

Our little pirate (4 year old almost 5) lost his mind when he received this - completely freaked out in awe and wonder. This is a really good size treasure chest - not too big for smaller hands to hold themselves but definitely an armful and impressive- not small or chintzy at all. He has shown the treasure map to countless friends and relatives and we have used it to go on numerous treasure hunts with no issues. The chest itself has great details and is very sturdy and has stood up to being buried and dug up again and again in the sand. The treasure is so cool and includes gems and gold -all of which are suitable for a four year old to hold and handle. It’s helped us create a fun and exciting treasure hunt experience for our family. Amazing wooden treasure chest for the price. Buried it in the yard and drew a treasure map for kid to find it. He was so happy.

Solid wood with metal accents add to the realism! I sponged-on a bit of metallic paint to the metal parts to add a bit more magic, my 5 yr old son is in awe!

The treasure chest had enough gold coins and gems for play. My twin 3 year old granddaughters loved the treasure map. The chest was just the right size for them to carry, steal, and hide!!! They played with it all weekend! Big hit and great deal for the money!

The chest i received is well made, and has some weight to it. i purchased this chest to hold all my real coins, i put a lock on it not to keep burglars from breaking in lol but it's symbolic lock when i open it for my friends and it is full of treasure they all say the same thing "that's cool where did you get it" so long story short glad i got it and would buy again OH one thing is it's over priced but if it fits your need then its well worth it

I was skeptical about buying this item because of its price. I was able to find chests and treasure sold separately for less money but in the end, I obviously bought this one. Totally worth it. The box is not flimsy at all and there is a decent amount of treasure for inside the box. The leather map is a great addition. I just wish it came with a lock. I used these locks from Amazon- Honbay 3pcs Vintage Antique Style which fit great with the box.

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas, because she loves pretending to be a pirate and it is AWESOME! I think the quality of the chest itself is better than expected for the money. Our daughter loves it also! The coins and gems are fun and quality is as expected. Definitely money well spent!
