Use very effectively for strengthening soft finger nails
It really works.All my life had nails like paper. Only after a few months of taking daily silica the nails began to become stronger and thicker.It is also claimed to help hair strength but have not noticed a difference.But I can truly attest to finger nails now being much stronger.I stopped silica one time and in weeks they began to weaken again.So I take one a day now and will continue happily.

Great Value and Good Quality
I bought these for my elderly aunt, as she is experiencing osteoporosis. These capsules seem to be helping her a lot. I read silica helps increase bone density, and after trying other more expensive products I settled on this one as it seems very good.

Well packaged. Speedy arrival (though I paid the extra for that.)The packaging is bulky and a strange shape which tips over and takes up too much room on my kitchen counter. The tablets themselves are bulky and huge to swallow even by my standards and I'm used to swallowing tablets. Apart from which they seem good quality. Though really I've only been taking them a few days so wont see the benefits just yet. Wish Amazon would wait aehile as just 3 days isnt long enough to give an wfuvated fair review. These must be taken with a large glass of water I presume because they are pretty big.Not many on the very under packed large container. Reasoanbly priced which is fair. Overall I am excited to see results as they seem good quality.
