Edit: after making the complaint not one person messaged or attempted to resolve the issue. What is the point in this service? You miss deliveries and ignore breakages and complaints. What is the point?Unfortunately after a few uses, a large split has appeared at the back of the bowl. I've previously ordered a pipe from you which is still in good condition but unfortunately this one has only lasted a few days. I saw a line appear on the second day and now it has turned into a crack. Unfortunately I couldn't find "contact seller" so if you can get back to me I would appreciate it and remove this if it has a negative towards you, that isn't the aim, I just want to get in touch. Also if you could replace it that would be great. ThanksSteve
