What is the wingspan???

I would say that the seller of this aircraft doesn't realize the importance of your question. The wingspan of this model is 53.5 inches, or 1360mm. It is a beautiful model, and very well built. One of my flying buddies has one, and I'm in the market to buy one for myself. If you do not already know how to fly, I should tell you that this is not a beginner's aircraft.

What kind of batteries does it use? (We have a bunch of 2100ma 3S1P Li-Po batteries, which I'm hoping are compatible)

Yes the 2100mah 3s1p will be just fine don't expect long flight times from the 2100mah. I run 2200mah 3sp1 packs and seem to get around 4 to 5 mins depending on how I am flying it.

Yes you need to buy motors and other electronics separately. This is an ARF "Almost Ready To Fly" RC plane. So you need to complete it with most of electronics/servos/receiver/transmitter/ECS/motors.

Props turn the same direction which puts pull to the left so I switched the props to run opposite of each other for better thrus

Model is very much a scale plane. The servo's to the rudder are not well designed the servo rod will bow without some reinforcement. Props turn the same direction which puts pull to the left so I switched the props to run opposite of each other for better thrust balance. The look of the model sure makes up for the minor changes I had to make. I would say it is worth the build or assembly but remember it is a scale flying plane so it is for water takeoffs , nice smooth flights and very little stunts if at all. It is a great addition to a RC pilots collection.
