This is a simple product done well. I got the four pack so that I can sort a month of meds at a time. All the hinges seem fine and all the clasps seem secure. The plastic is thick enough to maintain structural integrity but thin enough that it doesn't add a lot of weight to my purse.The individual day boxes are a great size - about as long as my iPhone 5, 1 inch wide, and 1 inch thick. This makes them super easy to carry. I just grab that day's box (or throw a weekend of boxes into my travel bag) and run out the door. No muss, no fuss, no bulk.I know it's silly, but I also really like how colorful they are!

I’ve had many pill organizers-somethat I’ve liked, & others not as much. This is my favorite so far! It comes with a case into which a week’s worth of individual day’s boxes fit. I find this makes it easier to load up each week. You can bring one day’s pill case with you as needed since they are all detached or bring the whole case for a week away. Each slot fits a lot as it is fairly deep (I’m able to fit 3 large & 3 small capsules/tablets plus a small desiccant packet)and the lid snaps shut securely. The colors are cheerful as well! Nice product!

I got these for a one week trip I was taking to organize my daily vitamins and prescription pills. These worked great for me. Three compartments for each day labeled for morning, noon, and evening, which didn't quite coordinate with how I was organizing pills, but still worked out quite well. Very sturdy, each day can be pulled out of the encompassing container either for daily use or ease of organizing. Both the individual day containers and the encompassing container close very firmly, and the outside container securely snaps shut. I would not recommend this container if you have young children around: Although the organizer stays shut fairly well, I wouldn't say they are "child-safe", nor are they claiming to be. But I wasn't looking for that feature, so this organizer works great for me.

I love the pill organizer. It's so bright and friendly and cheerful, especially compared to the medical-looking alternatives. It really makes me happy, and I like that it's well-built enough that my cats can't get into the medication (they're very curious).Each day is a separate container, which are big enough to fit several large pills, but small enough to easily fit inside a purse or large pocket if you're out for the day. The text on these day containers (e.g. NOON Tue) is large and easy to read. There's a large clear case which holds all the day containers together.The clasps are all strong and take some effort to open-- this works well for me, because they won't open even if the case is dropped. I think it could be a downside for someone with arthritis or who has difficulty opening small objects.This is a sturdy, well-designed pill case. I'd highly recommend it.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas this year. Not the most exciting of gifts, but he takes medication daily and his pill box - despite him saying "it's fine!" - had a broken lid on Monday and was only one pod per day - while he takes pills three times a day. I read through reviews and picked this one and this turned out to be a great - if not exciting! - gift this year.Here are the basics:Cases for morning noon and night - this has a three case box for each day of the week. Perfect if that is your need.Sturdy outer container - it is clear - to keep things extra protected and in order, but also the little colored pods for each day can be taken out and are great for an on the go day out. My boyfriend often forgot his pills before but now he forgets less often as these can be with him at all times.Color-coded - different color for each day of the week and pretty clear Day of the Week and Time of day labels on each day's case.Cons would be:These are still little plastic boxes. I assume one day the lids will break. Wish they made better pill boxes, but this seems to be the common format for this item.Also, the little letters are printed on the plastic. Eventually these will wear off. I wish they made the letters engraved into the lids so the paint would last longer. Oh well, again, I looked and looked but this is the norm.Bottom line: For the price, this is a good item. It seems to be as well made as any other plastic pill boxes I have seen over the years, and it is well-organized and great for travel since the pods can be taken out on a day to day basis. If anything goes wrong I will update the review but until then I do recommend this item if you need a three-a-day pill box.UPDATE 03/28/2019: Well, he has had this item and used it three times a day for well over a year now! Surprisingly all pieces work great, no broken doors on the compartments. The printing on the labels still looks good, too! I am very pleased with this gift working so very well. Good luck and hope this helps!UPDATE 11/28/2020: It's been near three years and the pill case is still with us. No broken doors, not too much rubbed off paint, and my boyfriend is a wonderful but destructive ogre. His feet melt socks, all shirts get holes, shoes explode off his feet in pieces. I can't explain it, but somehow he hasn't destroyed these, or even so much as battered them notably. Thinking of getting one for me now that I have more supplements and medications.

Really, 4.5 stars as I will explain below. Very spacious compartments - handles capsules of all sizes, even my large ones. Easy to use one-handed once you figure out the procedure. Took off 0.5 star due to the markings deteriorating too soon. BUT, this organizer is the best one I've used. Like that the markings include the day of the week (mon, tue, etc.) Lids hold tightly but are fairly easy to open.
