I’ve been using this brand of AA for over 3 years now. It’s a very basic step to add to routine. I combine it with Vitamin C serum, Retinol, and Niacinamide for better & brighter results.Does not irritate my skin at all. Skin did appear brighter and some of my dark spots faded (not disappeared) but lightened. It absorbs well when used alone. It’s not greasy at all.Overall, it performs as it should. If you want greater results, use a product infuser with red light therapy-they’re pretty cheap since there are so many on the market & the results are phenomenal. I found that any alpha arbutin product works best if used every night NOT DURING THE DAY OR EXPOSED TO THE SUN and in combination with vitamin C. For reference-I have melanin in my skin & it took 2.5 weeks before I saw results.

Was moisturizing, but the smell was not pleasant.

I started using it it was fine but after a month the color of the product started to change don’t no way plus I didn’t see a change on my skin

Reviewing this product after using the whole bottle. This did absolutely nothing for my skin. By nothing, I mean n-o-t-h-i-n-g. The consistency was just like water. I didn’t find it moisturizing or enhancing in any way. Absolute waste of money. I have tried other Alpha Arbutin products and those have a much thicker consistency. My scars and hyperpigmentation remain the same before and after. I wish I had taken a before photo. The bottle also didn’t have a lot of product, so I ran out rather quickly in comparison to similar bottles. I used this product once daily in my night time regimen. It was as good as not using it

I've used this consistently for nearly 3 months and have seen absolutely no effect in terms of evening out skintone/lightening hyperpigmentation. I chose this because I can't tolerate niacinamide and many alpha arbutin products contain both, but it was a waste of money and three months.
