I've tried several different hydrating powders and this one is definitely at the top of the list. Outside of having important hydrating ingredients the taste is fantastic. It's like drinking a fresh glass of lemonade, not sweet at all, just a perfectly subtle lemon flavor. I've been drinking this after workouts and can definitely feel the difference the next day. I would recommend giving this a chance if you're looking for a hydrating powder or even if you simply want a great tasting glass of lemonade.

When I saw the ingredients on this drink I grabbed a sweet drink as a chaser because I thought for sure there was no way it would taste great BUT IT DOES. I wish I had this during the summer, work great tastes wonderful and is smooth not chalky or gritty. Honestly I purchased this out of brand loyalty. I love their vitamins and just knew they had a quality I could get behind. I’m so glad it’s as effective as it is and does not taste bad 🙌🏾

As an avid runner, I need a good hydration mix. It has everything I need to help my body stay hydrated. It has potassium, sodium and magnesium. Also the lime flavor is just right. Highly recommend it.
