Very Informative
The product arrived quickly, the instructions are very easy. I originally did not receive my results in my e-mail. However, I called the company and they resent them right away.

not reliable
My daughter and I both took the food sensitivity test and sent them in. Our results were identical which immediately raised concerns. The only sensitivities the test said we had were to grapefruit, carrots, carob, tuna, grape leaf, fig, papaya, flax seed, pine nuts, & sunflower seeds. 2 years ago I had an ELISA/ACT test that was much more informative where it showed I had reactions to sugars and Cow dairy. I find it highly suspicious that my daughter and I showed no reactions to dairy at all and that we reacted to the exact same things. I would not waste my money on this test.

Quick & easy!
I was so excited to take this test and see what I may have an intolerance to. My results came in and I found that I only have two foods that I should avoid and these are foods that I don’t eat. Even though I found this to be a little expensive I would recommend it to friends and family to do.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY - HAD 2 TESTS WITHIN 2 WEEKS
**READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY**I don't usually write reviews, but I had an experience worth sharing.Initially pleased with the first test's results, especially discovering my intolerance to watermelons (Level 3 Red), which validated my lifelong discomfort with them. However, it limited my food options (mostly Gray), so I opted for the comprehensive Food Intolerance test hoping for a broader list of safe foods. The shock came with the second test—around 74.5% different from the first. Within two weeks, nothing in my lifestyle, diet, or routine changed. Yet, almost 75% of the items showed drastic shifts in intolerance levels, not just from Yellow to Red but even from Red/Yellow to Gray and vice versa.Contacting their Customer Support, their explanation that intolerances are temporary and constantly changing left me puzzled. If these levels are so mutable, what's the point of an elimination diet? I spent $280 on both tests, and the only concrete result was my intolerance to watermelons.Ultimately, it seems your body knows best. Despite these tests, listening to your body might be the most reliable guide to what suits you.Note:Please google "pinnertest buzzfeednews". I found out that they persuade B-list celebrities to plug your scientifically bogus food intolerance test on Instagram. Former employees at Pinnertest say it involves buying social media followers and paying stars thousands of dollars.
