At first I was skeptical these would work to hold my quads nose plastics on but they are even better than stock fasteners

I had some clips go missing on my 2007 Yamaha Apex Snowmobile that holds the panels on, At almost $20 EACH I looked for other options, I found these and they were a direct replacement just needing to screw them instead of quick release. Very happy with the buy, I am a L1 Master Tech so I know how to turn & tighten bolts so not sure why others had issues with them breaking/stripping unless they don't understand proper torquing. These are not designed to really be load supporting, just hold body panels on so no need to crank these things!

These are aluminum and are coated. Heavy duty? Probably not but for attaching parts to plastic, yeah, they work. I used these to attach fog light housings to factory points inside the bumper. Worked great. Won’t rust. Allen hole on head was deep and wasn’t something you could strip. Use a little dab of locktite or paint to ensure they stay put. The only bad thing I’d say is that these took FOREVER to arrive. Weeks. I should have looked at where they were coming from first. Good price. Glad I procrastinated about this project - timing wasn’t a big deal to me.

Absolute crap. Every single one of the screw broke when I tried to install. Aluminum material is cheap and to soft. Don’t waste your money... avoid

Worked for what I needed, but keep in mind that the screws are aluminum - trick and light weight.. but not heavy duty. If you accidentally cross thread or over-torque you will destroy that screw, which I did. If you do, good thing is that you can go to the hardware store and get a stainless or steel one for cheap.

Aluminum bolts of the lowest quality, snap off with the slightest bit of force. The so called spring clips are extremely easy to bend, and don't have any springiness to them. In other words they deform plastically with no elasticity whatsoever, so they fall off the part every time you undo the bolts.
